Yes, permanently. You get a public profile, up to 10 portfolio photos, review collection and 5 qualified leads a month at no cost. There is no card required and no trial that expires into a paid plan.
A lead is an enquiry from a couple with a verified phone number, a stated city, a budget band and a service requirement. We do not charge for duplicate enquiries, wrong-category leads, or numbers that fail verification — those are credited back automatically.
Each lead goes to a maximum of 5 matching vendors, never the whole category. Featured vendors are matched first and get a 120-minute exclusivity window; Premium vendors receive leads in real time via WhatsApp and SMS; Basic vendors receive them in the dashboard afterwards, capped at their monthly limit.
You can buy lead credits at any time, from ₹65 per lead in bulk. Credits never expire. If your wallet is empty you are skipped in the routing queue rather than blocked — you simply stop receiving new leads until you top up or your plan renews.
For most categories, no — you keep 100% of what you charge. For high-ticket categories where we do significant work on the booking (venues, decor, catering and planning), we charge a 2–5% commission on confirmed bookings only. The commission is listed per category in your dashboard.
No. All plans are month to month and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your profile stays live on the Basic tier — you do not lose your reviews, portfolio or search presence when you downgrade.
Most vendors are verified within 48 hours of submitting their business registration and portfolio ownership proof. You can start receiving leads on the Basic plan while verification is in progress; the Verified badge appears once it clears.
Featured vendors appear at the top of their category and city listing pages, are matched to leads first with a 120-minute exclusivity window, and get unlimited leads. Placements are per category × city and are limited — metros usually have 3–5 slots per category.
A lead stays live for 45 days. After that it stops being chargeable and drops out of vendor inboxes rather than lingering as stale noise. Repeat enquiries from the same number for the same service within 24 hours are treated as one lead and never billed twice.
